Angelo Fallaria is a third year undergraduate student at the Royal Academy of Music under the tutelage of Ryland Davies and Marek Ruszczynski. Having begun with choral singing, Angelo later branched out into classical and oratorio work. To further his development as a singer, he began formal vocal training upon entering secondary school, and went on to study at the Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance Junior Department in 2017.
Angelo is a member of the Philharmonia Chorus and has worked with Itzhak Perlman and Maxim Emelyanychev leading the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra in the performance of the Mozart Requiem at the Royal Festival Hall and Handel’s Messiah at the Royal Albert Hall. He also participated in a joint project with singers from the Royal Academy of Music, Royal College of Music, Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance, and the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in their performance of Schoenberg’s Gurrelieder conducted by Esa-Pekka Salonen at the St Denis Basilica. Angelo has also performed Le Roi David by Honegger as a soloist with the London based chamber choir, Coro. In March this year he will be performing in the Royal Academy Opera’s production of Chérubin.
